Is my business data safe in a shared platform?
Yes. Each business's data is isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security, not just by application rules, and every account can enable two-factor authentication. Connections are encrypted and sensitive actions are audit-logged.
Does MYWorkSuite handle SARS payroll?
Yes. Payroll calculates PAYE using current SARS brackets and age rebates, plus UIF and SDL, and produces EMP201, IRP5 and UIF (UI-19) ready exports. Approved hours and paid leave flow straight into the pay run, and payslips include year-to-date totals.
Can my staff clock in from their phones?
Yes. Staff clock in and out from their phones with GPS capture, and can log travel and mileage. Those hours feed straight into payroll, so there's no separate time-clock app to reconcile. Supervisors can also clock staff in on their behalf.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. MYWorkSuite is an installable web app — your team can add it to their phone's home screen and it works like a native app on phone and desktop, including the clock-in, leave and self-service features.
Can employees see their own timesheets, schedule and documents?
Yes. There's a self-service portal where staff see their timesheet, upcoming schedule, personal documents and leave balances, request leave and shift swaps, and manage their own profile and two-factor authentication.
Can I move my data from Pastel, Sage or Xero?
Yes. You can import your customers from Sage, Xero and Pastel today, and supplier, account and invoice import is expanding. Our team helps bring your data across as part of onboarding.
What does MYWorkSuite cost?
From R550 per month (excl. VAT) for Starter. The popular Business plan is R1,750 per month for 15 users with the full module suite, then R130 per extra user. Enterprise is custom. All plans start with a 14-day free trial.
